- Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us at your expense.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
